This year's Social Science formal - renamed Social Science Ball - was a huge success! With approximately 150 students in attendance, the 19+ event held at the Wave was one of the first of its kind to ever be held on campus and more - in the UCC. The Wave was transformed into a sophisticated and sleek atmosphere for students from Social Science and across campus to enjoy the fine dining and dance the night away. The executive and charity commissioner took part in a charity raffle to support the Bravery Bunch. Six lucky winners won the first dance with Ashley, Adrian, Neha, Mikki, Stephen and Devon and we're excited to announce that we raised $200 alone in donations! Thank you to all Social Science students who attended and a special thanks to those attendees from other faculties and affiliated colleges. Photos can be found on the SSSC Facebook page [LINK], as well as on the Think.Nu Facebook page [LINK].
Until next year!
Neha Chandrachud, VP Student Affairs
